Every two years, the Principality’s streets and harbour become the unique setting for the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique. Since its inception in 1929, this circuit has remained virtually unchanged. The Grand Prix de Monaco Historique chronograph presented on the occasion of the 7th edition perfectly combines classical lines with a sporty look. It is distinguished by its generous 42.50 mm diameter case, water-resistant to 50 metres. Its powerful, classical lines house a mechanical self-winding chronograph movement which is chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute), a guarantee of absolute precision. Endowed with a 48-hour power reserve, this movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and displays the hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock, as well as a date aperture and chronograph functions. In a subtle finishing touch, the case-back is engraved with the logo of the “Automobile Club de Monaco” and the crown is adorned with a racing steering wheel.
The chronograph is available in stainless steel with a black barenia leather strap or stainless steel bracelet, or in 18-carat rose gold with a crocodile strap issued in a limited edition of 250.
