Entirely developed, produced and assembled in Chopard’s Fine Watchmaking workshops and certified as a chronometer by the COSC, the L.U.C 96.24-L self-winding mechanical movement is the first self-winding flying tourbillon calibre to be developed by the Chopard Manufacture. It oscillates at a frequency of 25,200 vibrations per hour (3.5 Hz) and offers a 65-hour power reserve thanks to Twin technology: a patented Chopard system that combines two coaxial barrels, a particularly remarkable feat given the movement’s extreme thinness at just 3.3 mm thick. Benefiting from Poinçon de Genève certification, this movement is wound by a 22-carat gold micro-rotor.
