We offer complimentary Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm for all orders. Our goal is to process orders of in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified. Your order should normally arrive the next day before 1 pm once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

All prices for our products and services shown on this Website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of any excise duty and VAT.

We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please contact us.

Yes, during checkout you will have the option of including a gift message that will be printed on Chopard stationery.

During checkout, you will have the option tof including your Chopard creation gift-wrapped with Chopard’s signature blue paper and ivory ribbon. You will also have the option of including a gift message that will be printed on Chopard stationery.

Merchandise purchased on Chopard.com/en-gh may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase for an exchange or store credit to one of the five Chopard boutiques.


Please note that all online returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items should be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates and packaging. Where an item is not returned in its original condition, we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned item caused by your excessive handling or use of the item (including, for example, any loss of or damage to the item, its presentation box or any certificate).


Returns to our customer service centre: Before returning the item(s), you will need to CONTACT US to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form that will be sent to you via email or fax. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address in London, UK where you will need to ship the product(s). We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Make sure to buy a Chopard item only from authorised Chopard retailers to ensure that you receive an official Chopard certificate of origin and warranty, duly completed and dated, including the item reference number and the retailer’s contact information. Purchasing Chopard merchandise exclusively from authorised retailers is the only way to ensure that you are not purchasing stolen or counterfeit merchandise. WARNING: Chopard sells its products online exclusively through this website (chopard.com). To avoid the risk of purchasing a counterfeit, we advise against making purchases through unauthorised websites.

The only way to avoid the risk of purchasing a counterfeit or stolen item is to buy your Chopard item from an official retailer. Only an analysis of the watch or jewellery piece in our workshops will be able to prove its authenticity. This service has a fee associated with it.
