We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4 pm for all orders. Our goal is to process orders for in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified. Your order should normally arrive the next day before 4 pm once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

We only accept orders through this Website for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please CONTACT US
If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, Chopard will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. You may also return products purchased through this Website to our Chopard flagship boutique (located at 12-13 New Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 3SS).
EXTENDED RETURNS: Enjoy our return and exchange service until January 15 2021, for orders placed during Nov 18 – Dec 25 2020.
Returns to the E-Boutique Customer Service Center: Before returning the item(s) please “CONTACT US” to let us know that you wish to return your items before you send them to us. We will send you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Return Form by e-mail. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning products to us (except where you return a product that is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund to you the cost of return). We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment as Chopard will have no liability to you for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Please make sure you include your original sales invoice and all original packaging, certificates and other enclosures.
Returns to a Chopard Boutique: You may also return products purchased through this Website to our Chopard flagship boutique (located at 12-13 New Bond Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 3SS).
Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds in-store for products purchased through this Website. If you return products purchased through this Website to our boutique, your refund will be processed by our E-Boutique Customer Service Centre within 14 days. Products returned to our boutique may also be exchanged for alternative products and/or store credits. Please note that store credits may only be redeemed at one of our boutiques and may not be used for online purchases.
