(a) to receive invitations to Chopard events as well as corporate and marketing communications (including content and news from the Chopard world, gifts and catalogues) adapted to my interests and personal preferences.

(b) to receive the Chopard e-newsletter and be the first to know about our creations, events, initiatives and personalized services adapted to my interests and personal preferences.

I acknowledge and confirm that I have read and understood the Chopard Privacy Policy and that I am aware of my rights regarding my Personal Data, in particular, my right to withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data anytime by ticking the above appropriate box(es) (or through the "Contact Us" form, or by writing to the Chopard Data Protection Office, rue de Veyrot 8, 1217 Meyrin 1, Geneva, Switzerland). The right to withdraw your consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Consequences of failure to provide consent:

The provision of consent as referred to in (a) and (b) is optional. However, failure to provide the consent in (a) will render it impossible for Chopard to carry out our Services with the tradition of excellence attached to our Maison.
