    To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Geneva School of Watchmaking, Chopard is unveiling its new L.U.C. Heritage EHG Moon 122 model in 18-carat ethical rose gold. This limited edition of 20 timepieces, an homage to the excellence of the Manufacture's artisanal expertise, is equipped with the new manual-winding L.U.C 63.04-L Chronograph-certified caliber, and bears the prestigious Poinçon de Genève hallmark. It also features an astronomical moon phase, requiring only one day of correction every 122 years. Its elegant aventurine dial adorned with constellation prints offers a striking rendering of the natural beauty of the night sky. The L.U.C Heritage EHG Moon 122 pays tribute to traditional watchmaking craftsmanship and its continuation, and showcases Chopard's commitment to training future generations of watchmakers.

    All of the calibers in the L.U.C collection are crafted in Chopard Manufacture's Fine Watchmaking workshops. The exceptional craftsmanship, all mastered in-house, enables the Maison to offer timepieces that are both technically and aesthetically unique. The new L.U.C 63.04-L movement that powers the L.U.C Heritage EHG Moon 122 timepiece is a variation of the manual-winding L.U.C 63.01-L caliber. Its chronometric precision is certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). For the very first time, Chopard's astronomical moon-phase module has been integrated into the architecture of this high-precision caliber. Unlike a standard moon phase, which requires adjustment every two years and seven months, the astronomical moon module only needs to be adjusted by one day every 122 years and 45 days. Chopard limits the error between the moon's real trajectory and the astronomical moon to just 57 seconds, based on a lunar cycle, from one new moon to the next. A true technical feat perfected by the Manufacture's master watchmakers.
