  • Fully developed, produced and assembled in the Chopard Fine Watchmaking workshops, this COSC-certified chronometer, the self-wound L.U.C 97.01-L mechanical movement, is the first tonneau-shaped calibre developed by the Chopard Manufacture in 1997. It oscillates at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and offers a 65-hour power reserve thanks to Twin technology, a system invented by Chopard that combines two coaxial barrels and represents a particularly remarkable technical feat in light of the extreme slenderness of its 3.3 mm-thick movement. This movement is wound by a micro-rotor in 22-carat gold.
