An authentic collector’s watch for a modern gentleman, the new L.U.C Perpetual Chrono from Chopard combines a hand-wound chronograph and a finely crafted perpetual calendar within an unprecedented L.U.C movement, Calibre 3.10-L. The L.U.C Perpetual Chrono flaunts one of the most sophisticated styles and constructions in the world of Haute Horlogerie, while meeting the highest technical ethical and esthetic standards. Issued in a series of 20 pieces in Fairmined certified ethical 18K white gold, it is intended for watchmaking connoisseurs and devotees of exceptional time pieces.
Entirely developed, produced and assembled in the Chopard High Watchmaking workshops and a COSC-certified chronometer, the hand-wound mechanical L.U.C 03.10-L movement beats to a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz) and possesses a power reserve of approximately 60 hours thanks to Twin technology, a system patented by Chopard combining two coaxial barrels, a particularly remarkable technical achievement in view of the extreme slenderness of the movement at just 3.3 mm of thickness. This movement is wound by a micro-rotor in 22-carat gold.
