    Chopard Manufacture presents an exclusive edition of its exceptional jumping-hour timepiece: the L.U.C Quattro Spirit 25 is a limited edition featuring pure lines and a gold-based dial graced with straw marquetry. Housed in a 40-millimetre case crafted from ethical 18k rose gold, its innovative and sophisticated L.U.C 98.06-L movement is equipped with four barrels based on the exclusive Chopard Quattro technology enabling up to eight days of power reserve – making the Chopard Manufacture jumping-hour watch one of the rare models in this category endowed with such a degree of autonomy. From the movement to the dial on which the hours aperture appears at 6 o'clock, the entire watchmaking creation is produced in-house in keeping with the tradition of artistic crafts, thus ensuring a high level of finishing duly rewarded by the prestigious Poinçon de Genève.

    Returns to the E-Boutique Customer Service Center:

    Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact Us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s).

    The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.

    Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost.

    We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

    Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandived.
