We offer complimentary Federal Express Overnight delivery for all orders except fragrances, which will be shipped with Federal Express Ground, also at no charge. Our goal is to process orders of in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays).

Your order should arrive the next business day (except for fragrances) once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Chopard is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: CA, FL, NJ, NV, NY, PA, WA, TX, CO, GA, HI, IL, MD, MI, UT, IA, IN, KS, AZ, MA, NC, NE, OH, OK, VA and DC.

At this time, online purchases may only be shipped within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Yes, during checkout you will have the option of including a gift message that will be printed on Chopard stationery.

Merchandise purchased on may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase for an exchange or store credit to one of the five Chopard boutiques.

Returns to our customer service center: Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD (1800-246-7273) to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form that will be sent to you via email or fax. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address in the U.S. where you will need to ship the product(s). The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Make sure to buy a Chopard item only from authorised Chopard retailers to ensure that you receive an official Chopard certificate of origin and warranty, duly completed and dated, including the item reference number and the retailer’s contact information. Purchasing Chopard merchandise exclusively from authorised retailers is the only way to ensure that you are not purchasing stolen or counterfeit merchandise. The only way to avoid the risk of purchasing a counterfeit or stolen item is to buy your Chopard item from an official retailer. Only an analysis of the watch or jewellery piece in our workshops will be able to prove its authenticity. This service has a fee associated with it.
