We offer free Federal Express Overnight delivery, except Fragrances, which are shipped Federal Express Ground.

At this time, purchases made via this Website may only be shipped within the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, Chopard will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase, for an exchange or store credit, to a Chopard boutique.

EXTENDED RETURNS: Enjoy our return and exchange service until January 16th, 2026, for orders placed from Nov 10th – Dec 25, 2025.

Returns to the E-Boutique Customer Service Center:

Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact Us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s).

The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.

Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandived.

You may also return articles purchased through this Website to one of our retails stores (located in New York (NY), Costa Mesa (CA), Bal Harbour (FL), for an exchange or store credit only.
