The collection now includes a new Alpine Eagle Frozen model with a diameter of 33 millimeters, a masterful marriage of the Manufacture's watchmaking expertise and jewelry craftmanship. Inspired by the beauty of Alpine nature and its most majestic heights, this shimmering model evokes the fine frost that glistens on glaciers: while the case, dial and integrated strap – in 18k ethical gold – are set with diamonds, the bezel features a magnificent topaz setting laid out in a blue gradient, exuding purity and serenity. Without compromising on technical expertise, it is equipped with the Chopard 09.01-C automatic movement, which offers a 42-hour power reserve.

    If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, Chopard will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase, for an exchange or store credit, to a Chopard boutique.

     

    Returns to the E-Boutique Customer Service Center:

    Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact Us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s).

    The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.

    Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost.

    We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

    Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandived.
