    The Alpine Eagle collection welcomes a new series of 36 mm diameter models adorned with dials in luminous shades and bezels set with a gemstone gradient. Crafted in 18-carat ethical yellow gold, its bezel is set with trapeze-cut pink sapphires. As technically advanced as it is aesthetically pleasing, this model is equipped with Chopard's 09.01-C automatic movement and a 42-hour power reserve.

    If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, Chopard will accept merchandise in its original condition for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase, for an exchange or store credit, to a Chopard boutique.

    Returns to the E-Boutique Customer Service Center:

    Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact Us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address where you will need to ship the product(s).

    The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.

    Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost.

    We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

    Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandived.
