Our web servers collect general data pertaining to each Website user, including their IP address, domain name, referring web page and the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting this Website. This web usage information is collected to help us manage and administer our Website, improve the content of our Website, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and customise and improve the Website user experience. Web analytic information is gathered using the following methods: (1) cookies, (2) web beacons (a.k.a. clear gifs), (3) conversion tracking, (4) third party ad serving mechanisms, and (5) general detection and use of your internet protocol (IP) address or domain name. We do not combine any web usage information with information collected offline or from other sources.
To make this site work properly, like most other websites, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device.
2.1 What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
2.3 Cookies strictly necessary for the website to function
These are cookies allowing us:
- To remember which site preferences you may have applied (ex: language selection)
- To keep your product selections within your list of favourites (or shopping bag on our E-Boutique) whilst you continue to navigate our website
- To provide you with services such as online chat (on our E-Boutique)
2.4 Analytics cookies
These are cookies allowing us to collect statistics, by gathering anonymous information on how you use our website. These statistics help us analyse and improve our website features, fix any error you may have encountered during your visit on our website, and ensure you the best browsing experience.
2.5 Third party cookies
These are cookies allowing us to collect anonymous information to evaluate how relevant are our ads and provide You with interest-based adverts on other websites (such as Facebook, the Google AdSense network, etc.).
If for any reason you do not want to take advantage of cookies, you can easily manage your cookie preferences by accessing your browser’s settings.
You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can set most browsers to prevent them from being placed. If you do this, however, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site and some services and functionalities may not work. Please visit aboutcookies.orgto find instructions on how to manage or disable cookies.
Web pages on this site or e-mail messages you receive from us may contain a small graphic image called a web beacon (sometimes called a web bug or clear gif). Web beacons are typically very small (generally 1-by-1 pixel) and invisible to the user, however any electronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail message, including an advertisement or HTML content, can act as a web beacon. Web beacons are designed to allow us or a third party to collect certain information and monitor user activity on our site. Collected information can include the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to, the URL of the page the web user comes from, and the time the web beacon is activated (such as when you view the web page, advertisement, or e-mail that contains the web beacon). No personal information is obtained from this tracking, rather just the patterns of usage of our various users may be tracked to provide you with improved service and content based on aggregate or statistical reviews of user site traffic patterns.
Search engines offer a feature called “conversion tracking” which is a way to track clicks to sales from either search results or ads on search engines. Using either web beacons or visible images, depending upon the search engine, the search engine notes and saves information in a cookie with non-personal information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address with each query. Information is gathered in the aggregate, without unique personal data. Conversion tracking allows the search engine company and Chopard to track clicks to sales, including the number of clicks (“visits”) it takes before a purchase is made and permits us to measure the effectiveness of our search engine participation.

Shipping and delivery
Areas of Delivery:
We only accept orders through this Website for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, please CONTACT US.
Shipping and Handling:
We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm for all orders. Our goal is to process orders for in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified. Your order should normally arrive the next day before 1 pm once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped. In any event, we will aim to deliver all products within 30 days of our sending an Order Confirmation.
All shipments require a signature by an adult (18 years old or older) on delivery. Upon signature by an adult confirming your acceptance of the product delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you understand and accept that evidence of a signature by such recipient (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the contract for sale by Chopard and transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us by email at “CONTACT US". Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, please let us know and return any incorrect products to us in accordance with our exchange and returns policy.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any products that are not delivered within this 30 day period. Further information about your legal rights in respect of late delivery is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Shipping to alternate addresses:
If you ship your order to an address that is different than your billing address, as a security measure to protect our clients against fraud we will confirm your credit card has this alternate shipping address on record. To expedite the processing of your order, please call your credit card company and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Your legal right to cancel
As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel all or part of your contract for sale for any reason at any time up to 14 days after you receive the products you ordered. Your legal right to cancel does not apply to products that have been engraved, personalized or made to order.
If you cancel your contract for sale we will refund you the price you paid for the products within 14 days of the day on which we receive the products from you (or, if earlier, the day on which we receive proof that you have sent the products to us). Where an item is not returned in its original condition, we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the returned item caused by your excessive handling or use of the item (including, for example, any loss of or damage to the item, its presentation box or any certificate).
You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning products to us (except where you return a product that is faulty or not as described, in which case we will refund to you the cost of return).
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment as Chopard will have no liability to you for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Unfortunately, we are not able to process refunds in-store for products purchased through this Website. If you return products purchased through this Website to our boutique, your refund will be processed by our E-Boutique Customer Service Centre within 14 days. Products returned to our boutique may also be exchanged for alternative products and/or store credits. Please note that store credits may only be redeemed at one of our boutiques and may not be used for online purchases.
We will refund you on the credit or debit card used by you to pay. If you paid by wire transfer, please contact us to arrange a refund.
Should a product be returned for exchange by you or a gift recipient to our Customer Service Center, the following shall apply: if the product returned is less expensive than the exchanged item, a credit card must be provided to charge the difference in value. If the product returned is more expensive than the exchanged item, a merchandise credit of the price difference will be issued.
No returns to authorized resellers:
Products purchased online through this website may not be returned (whether for refund or exchange) to a third party authorized reseller of Chopard products.

If you have a question, problem or protest about any product you have bought online on our official website, please contact us by email at “CONTACT US".
Should we not be able to solve the situation, you can use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform), established and managed by the European Commission pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 (the ODR Regulation) in order to try to reach an out-of-court settlement. This is an official website managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court. You can only use it if you live in the EU and the trader is based in the EU. We invite you to take note of the 4 steps procedure. You can file a complaint following this link>.
