      L.U.C Quattro Spirit Meditating Daruma

      The dial of the third L.U.C Quattro Spirit limited edition depicts a legendary monk named Daruma who was the founder of Zen Buddhism. Having meditated while facing a wall for nine years, Daruma embodies the quest for spiritual awakening, resilience and inner balance. His round silhouette with no arms or legs has become a universal symbol of perseverance: “Fall seven times, get up eight”. Echoing this figure in a minimalist and deeply spiritual interpretation, and faithful to the philosophy of letting go, the dial is a tribute to Daruma's quiet strength and the art of controlled movement, resonating as an invitation to contemplation.

      Produced in a limited edition of just eight timepieces, the L.U.C XP Urushi Ukiyo-e is an exceptional creation inspired by the iconic Mount Fuji, immortalized in Japanese master printmaker Katsushika Hokusai's work. Its unique dial is handcrafted in Japan by a master lacquerer using the traditional maki-e technique: an ancient art that involves embedding gold or silver powder into lacquer to create intricate, shimmering patterns.
