The use of titanium demonstrates the Maison's commitment to pushing the boundaries of artistic influence and precision engineering. Caroline Scheufele has long advocated using the material in high jewelry for its lightweight and versatile properties. Working with this material allows Chopard to design statement pieces of greater scale that are also wearable. Titanium can also be anodized to match the colors of the stones, an intricate process that yields a truly natural appearance of realistic depth, allowing the pieces to gleam and sparkle.
