Your online orders

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free express delivery.

Orders are shipped from Switzerland, and it can take up to 2 business days (not including weekends and national holidays) for us to prepare a package for delivery.

Once your order ships, you will be sent an auto-email containing tracking information.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders.

All prices for our products and services shown on this website are inclusive of any excise duty and VAT.

Returns and Refunds

Please make sure that your return meets the following conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order online.
  • The piece is in perfect condition in its original packaging.
  • Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized...) cannot be returned.
  • Perfumes cannot be returned.

You can return any item purchased on the Chopard e-boutique within 30 days of the delivery date.

Here’s how:

  • Visit our return portal to register your return and download the complimentary return shipping label.
  • Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  • Pack the items in the order box (or any rigid carton box) and stick the pre-paid label over the prior delivery information.

We would like to inform you that fragrances are non-refundable.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

We’re very sorry to hear that your package did not arrive in perfect condition.

In order for us to follow this up with our shipping partner, we kindly ask you to send photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The inner and outer packaging

Please contact us with this information so that we can open a swift investigation with our shipping partner.

Purchasing through these channels guarantees that you receive genuine Chopard products, and helps you avoid the risks associated with counterfeit or stolen merchandise.

Every authentic Chopard product is accompanied by an official Certificate of Origin and Guarantee, duly completed and dated. This certificate includes:

• The Chopard product reference number

• Contact details of the Chopard Boutique or Chopard authorised retailer


Before making a purchase, we invite you to visit our Store Locator to find your nearest Chopard Boutique or Chopard authorised retailer.


Important Notice: Chopard sells its products online exclusively through its official e-flagship (chopard.com). You can also purchase Chopard products from selected Chopard authorised retailers’ websites. Online purchases made outside these channels may carry a higher risk of being counterfeit or stolen.

The only way to avoid the risk of purchasing a counterfeit or stolen item is to buy your Chopard item from an official retailer. Only an analysis of the watch or jewelry piece in our workshops will be able to prove its authenticity. This service has a fee associated with it.
