We offer complimentary Federal Express Overnight delivery for all orders except fragrances, which will be shipped with Federal Express Ground, also at no charge. Our goal is to process orders of in-stock merchandise within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri (excluding holidays).

Your order should arrive the next business day (except for fragrances) once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

Chopard is required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business. Applicable sales tax will be added for deliveries within the following states: CA, FL, NJ, NV, NY, PA, WA, TX, CO, GA, HI, IL, MD, MI, UT, IA, IN, KS, AZ, MA, NC, NE, OH, OK, VA and DC.

At this time, online purchases may only be shipped within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Yes, during checkout you will have the option of including a gift message that will be printed on Chopard stationery.

During checkout, you will have the option tof including your Chopard creation gift-wrapped with Chopard’s signature blue paper and ivory ribbon. You will also have the option of including a gift message that will be printed on Chopard stationery.

Merchandise purchased on www.chopard.com/us may be returned, in its original condition, for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You may also return your online purchase for an exchange or store credit to one of the three Chopard boutiques.

Returns to our customer service center: Before returning the item(s), you will need to Contact us by email or by phone at 1-800-CHOPARD (1800-246-7273) to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and to request a Return Form that will be sent to you via email or fax. This form will include all necessary instructions, including the address in the U.S. where you will need to ship the product(s). The item(s) you return must be presented in its original, saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. Take care to return any certificates that accompanied the item, as neglecting to do so will render you liable for a $250 replacement cost. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Chopard will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Purchasing through these channels guarantees that you receive genuine Chopard products, and helps you avoid the risks associated with counterfeit or stolen merchandise.

Every authentic Chopard product comes with an official Certificate of Origin and Guarantee, duly completed and dated. This certificate includes:

• The Chopard product reference number

• Contact details of the Chopard Boutique or Chopard authorized retailer

Important Notice: Chopard sells its products online exclusively through its official e-flagship store (chopard.com). You can also purchase Chopard products from selected Chopard authorized retailers’ websites. Online purchases made outside these channels may carry a higher risk of being counterfeit or stolen.

The only way to avoid the risk of purchasing a counterfeit or stolen item is to buy your Chopard item from an official retailer. Only an analysis of the watch or jewelry piece in our workshops will be able to prove its authenticity. This service has a fee associated with it.
